***sorry this post is all messed up with the inlink being in a strange place. Half way through writting the post I lost power to my office and most of the post disappeared. When I tried to put it back together, the inklink was in a strange place and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. So please scroll down to the bottom of the post to see all of the photos. not to self - don't post at night when tired :-)****
Funny enough while this post is showing off my newly expanded space at the Antique Society, it also includes all the wares and finds that I have uncovered for the last few months at estate sales. I used to make it a weekly ritual to buy on Saturday and photograph items on Sunday in order to share them with you on Monday. Between running a homestead, raising children, selling at the antique store, selling on-line and writing articles for P&G, my days are completely filled now without a moment to even relax (mind you I love it that way). I'm finding it hard to spend a second on Sundays to take photos of what I had purchased that weekend. I promise that I will try harder.for.you.
Many of these items actually sold two weeks ago at the yearly Antique Society 20% off sale. In just three days I sold $2080. In fact, this month will be my highest sales ever since I began selling there in a space last August. It's been an absolutely dream.
It's been an incredible first month with my expanded space. I just keep asking myself why I didn't sell at an antique store before. The ability to buy something on Friday and have it in the space later in the afternoon (and like my latest table selling it 48 hours later) is perfect for me.
